Scheduled Appointments

Bufo Alvarius Ceremonies

Within 72 hours of booking: 100% refund
After 72 hours of booking until 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund

Nutritional Consultations

Within 72 hours of booking: 100% refund
After 72 hours of booking until 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund

Gatherings and Events

More than 3 days before scheduled gathering/event: 100% refund
Within 3 days but more than 24 hours before gathering/event: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before gathering/event: No refund

Important Considerations

Ceremony Preparation

Our reduced refund policy for shorter notice cancellations reflects the intensive preparation required for ceremonies, including facilitator scheduling, sacred space preparation, and the reverent approach we maintain for all participants.

Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
Processing fees may apply depending on payment method used

Exceptions

Medical Emergencies

In cases of documented medical emergencies, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, regardless of timing.

Weather or Facility Issues

If ceremonies or consultations are cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances on our end, full refunds will be provided.
